LONDON TOWNSHIP CLEANUP DAY

SATURDAY, October 14, 2023

9:00am. To 3:00pm.

London Township Residents and Property Owners.  The Fall Cleanup Day for our Township will be Saturday, October 14, 2023. Time to cleanup our yards and ditches.

Drop off location: London Township Hall 13613 Tuttlehill Rd. Milan, MI 48160

We will have dumpers for:

Garbage found in ditches

PROHIBITED Items

No Hazardous Waste

No liquids

No yard waste-grass, leaves, brush or tree trimmings or other compost material

No lawn and garden fertilizer.

No items containing motor-oil, transmission fluid, etc.

No oil-based paints

No dead animals or carcasses.

No tires

No dirt

No lawn mowers, snowmobiles etc.

No INTERNAL motor/car parts or batteries of any kind including rubber tires of any kind

(Exceptions-bumper/fender, hood, seats, doors)

No motor batteries of any kind including lawn mowers, snowmobiles, etc.

No industrial or company electronics

No televisions, computers, monitors or microwaves

No Fluorescent Light bulbs

No Latex Paint (unless if filled and dried out with sand, sawdust or kitty litter.)

No concrete, asphalt, brick, rock, fire Brick sod or dirt

No barrels or drums

No Telephone Poles

No Freon-based appliances (Air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers, etc.)

-unless items are drained and tagged by professional heating and cooling co.)

NO TIRES OR ELECTRONICS
