NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the London Township Hall, 13613 Tuttlehill Rd., Milan, Michigan 48160, on Monday, November 3rd 2025, at 7:30 p.m.
During this meeting the London Township Planning Commission will hear public comments on a proposed Special Use Permit for an Extractive Operation to remove an existing earthen berm from 12470 Snell Rd, Parcel: 10-021-011-02.
Persons or their appointed representatives having an interest in the above shall there and then be heard at the above-described meeting.
Details concerning the aforementioned matter may be examined by interested Persons and written comments will be received at the London Township Hall 13613 Tuttlehill Rd., during office hours (Mondays and Thursdays 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.). Or by using Drop Box at the Township Hall entrance.
This notice is given pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, MCL 41.72a, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
